We ask the client to use either Outlook or Outlook Express and set up IMAP on it. Just so all of their emails are kept and when they delete from their inbox, they are removed from the server. This way, its easier for the clients to maintain their inbox quota without logging into the webmail to delete them and at the same time allows them to access mail outside from their computer with webmail and see the same mails there too.
