Websites Down. Trouble Tickets Down

I have been in trouble ticket system all day long getting new tickets and answering old, also no sites are down, no tickets regarding it either.
I am cooresponding with multiple clients in a back and forth manner in less than 2 min between replies. It sounds like you have an ISP network issue if all that is down for you.
