weird CDOSYS issue

hey there

is there any reason that CDOSYS will suddenly stop functioning in the middle of a mail distribution?

i gotthe following error, at about email 400 out of 1200:

CDO.Message.1

error '80040213'
The transport failed to connect to the server.

/office/mailing_list/send_mail_functions.asp, line 179

(where line 179 is the .send command)

is this a server thing, or maybe an invalid email address ? could that have done it?

I had the exact same error last week, and support indicated the problem was an incorrect IP cached for my mail server. CDOSYS worked on one of my domains, but not the second one I'd set up.

Might need to open a support ticket for it.
 
Thanks, i did indeed submit a ticket and am still waiting.

the thing got stuck after sending about 400 of 1200 emails, so it partially worked...
