what happen with live chat?

I'm trying for 40 minutes and I can not open a live chat sesion.

I have no answer to my tickets and I need a live chat session due a n database issue
 
Live chat is there, sometimes there is an issue(that is to be resolved in the next day or two) that makes your request disappear if you browse away from the page you opened the chat on, so while you are waiting, we cna't see it to answer :(
 
BTW, the ticket was being worked, it is not a simple one by any means and we have worked in a sql dba mode not admin mode with you on this for a number of hours now, and its still not working the way you want. We are providing you with the BAK file so you can do it locally ad we will do a restore how you want it after you have completed local development side edits.
