What happen with your ticket system?

I have several tickets open from Feb 8, 2005 11:07:46 AM and I have no answer. (51061)

Its imposible to contact with chat support. Is always not avaliable (red, not green with another open sessions)

Where is the "60 minute average response times" ? I understand that perhaps today you have a lot of work for the issues , but you can not take 4 or 5 hours to answer!!!
 
I have checked and your ticket (51061) have already been replied.

Please check and update the ticket if you still face any problem.
 
Please understand there aremany tickets, some going back and forth many times. Some are getting lost in the shuffle, the ticket interface is cluttered with many tickets in the system, and we are trying to keep it managed.
 
Since then the mail server failure, we have a tremendous ticket load that we are dealing with and hence the delays in support

We expect that within 48 hours, response times should return back to the 60 minute average
