what is happening with support

last times support team doesn't response to my tickets, al least in 2 -4 hours. I have to send several tickets to receive response

What is happening with this goog support service that jodo had?
 
I have them all prepping servers for MIGRATIONS at a priority, We have extra staff in for it and all, they have just finished up and tickets will be a priority now.

We've announced this, it is a huge deal, without this work they would be having 100's of tickets non stop and you'd be looking at days for any reply.
