What Support?

Ok,

I need some help here. I just got off the phone with yogesh and he kept on asking me if "You have ticket" I told him that I did and that it has been open for 8 days on and off. He wants me to go to online chat, so I get off the phone when he tells me to and go to online chat and it is not available. What the hell is going on over there? I need a response now.
 
Stephen I am talking to Gurmeet right now. I can't wait to have the server re-compiled in 18 hrs. Stephen.....I am not getting the support that I need. I am a very patience guy the first 6 days now we are going into day 8-9 I can't wait another 3/4 of a day. How would you like it if your site was down for 8 days
