Where is live support

I 'm trying connect with Live support during 50 minutes and I couldn't. Why?

There is a Horde issue and I have no answer to my ticket and I have no live support, and I can not read anything about it in "Network Outages and Updates " Forum
 
We are working to replace the live support because of issues such as this when the current 3rd party system just isn't working.

We typiclaly don't post horde issues on the outages section because it is not a mail server itself, just a web interface. But I just logged in on mine and it worked.
