Win10 IIS/ASP.NET maintenance 12:01AM EDT 10/2

We will be updating this server for ASP.NET updates of all versions of ASP.NET. It will be ongoing until done, we expect between 15 and 45 minutes of IIS downtime during this critical update, but that could be highly incorrect. This server is being updated first to modify the announcement for other servers if required.

This will likely be starting closer to 12:31am as I am running a bit late with a phone call and have a few tasks before I can get on this one.

IIS is currently down on 2.0 update, 1.1 did not take IIS down.

We've had IIS up, then back down for more updates, they are still ongoing.

the last update is asp.net 4.0 seems to be taking the longest so far...

Updates done, rebooting.

ok the reboot is complete and one minor 'bug' noted is that asp.net 2.0 set itself to not allowed in IIS, which we had to fix after the restart.
