Win10 not responding

Win10 is acting up again, I know the cause of the problem is that the server is SYNCing the RAID(it should not be out of Sync), and in that process is putting other server proccess to a WAIT STATE, previously when this happened, I double checked the RAID array, and it was healthy.

I am pretty sure a reboot tonight will solve this matter, at this point I will risk the RAID array by rebooting win10 with a hard reboot, it is best to allow the RAID to sync properly.

Edit: and it finished before I finished typing this, it is working again.
