The server did not restart or anything like that, it just went off network, after checking the logs there are no errors to indicate it was windows that did this. I will be speaking with DC techs to see if anything was bumped or moved that may have caused this in the cage.
Found the problem site, disabled, email going to customer regarding this now. I left FTP open for the customer to change/correct code, but this is their only warning, if CPU abuse continues after this, they will be suspended.
