Win11 Slow to Non responsive

We are working to get win11 responsive again, it seems that the CPU is maxed or something has happened there, we are looking into it now
 
we had to remote reboot it to bring it up, I am going to be checking what caused this right now. It was down for about 12 minutes.
 
It actually looks like someone injected over 500MB of mail to be send with the SMTP server and in processing this the server basically came to a halt.

I have deleted these mail from queue and working to find the source now.
