Win12 permissions

I cannot delete some files on a win12 account. Access is denied on FTP.
FTP shows permissions variously set to the equivalent of 444 and 555 on some domains.

Is this connected with the win12 problem Stephen is currently tackling?

If so, please see ticket #DHS-71958-627 and explain to the support personel what is going on as they don't seem to understand that Windows folders can have permissions set.

Bro,

Just ask them to reset permissions on the user to the web user.

There were a few domains that in the FP repair got set to FP defaults and not Hsphere style account permissions.

I mailed in with this problem a few days ago. I still have the same problem! Live seems to be overloaded as well. can some one fix it so I can upload please!

I'd recommend mailing helpline or getting on live chat(as soon as we have the staff back available to handle it).
If you sent mail a few days ago it surely means it was caught in spam filter and not seen for some reason on manual cleanup.
