Win12 short IIS maintenance

We are having to perform some emergency maintenance on IIS on win12, it may be down for about 5 minutes max.

There were some Frontpage security problems with the settings in IIS/Frontpage that was allowing a number of sites to be defaced. We are taking actions to prevent this on all the domains.

Just as an update, the site is only down while it is being actively changed, or about a 30 second time period.

The security changes for frontpage are still running, but it does not affect every site on the server, only the site being changed at the moment.

This maintenance is nearly complete, I am doing one iisreset and it will be done.
