Win13 and MSSQL7 reboots at 11:30pm EST

I will be installing some updated software that requires reboots on these two servers tonight at 11:30pm.

Win13 is rebooting now, as soon as it is rebooting MSSQL7 is being rebooted.

Win13 is up, MSSQL7 is rebooting now

SQL7 is done rebooting now.
