win13 is down and we are checking it.

Stephen US Operations Staff member Jan 18, 2012 #3 Re: Win13 down I tried to resolve this without a reboot but it turned out to be required. I was stuck in traffic from office to datacenter and took a bit longer than planned. It has been up a couple minutes now.
