Win13 IIS Slow

Win13 IIS is slow responding, I am working on the issue.

It's completely hung, unable to restart services. Restarting the server.

Server has been restarted.

We are still working on the issue.

Win13 is UP Now. Its working fine.

I have resolved the issue, there was a conflict with some monitoring software, and a metabase entry that was using port 80 on all IPs, after resolving conflicts IIS is running now
