Win13 is being rebooted for maintenance, there were some complaints of slowness and a lot of hung debug processes running.

Server is up, still checking what was making the debugging to run.

Looks good now, still trying to find the source of the debugger running, it was due to something making IIS app pool crash, but server is running fine now.
