Win14 had a runaway PHP process causing some slowdowns. I am restarting IIS now to finish the process of cleanup here.
We are running much better now, still slightly slow and I am working on that.
I have identified the issue, someone using webshell has over 10,000 files in the “trash” and it is causing the slowdowns in the server. I am working to fix it now.
This was fixed some time back and win14 is going good now.
