Win15 ASP.NET 2.0 domains issue

We were running HSPHERE updates on Win15 but some how it started changing ASP.NET 2.0 domains to ASP.NET 1.1. We have stopped that process immediately, but still some domains are misconfigured to asp.net 1.1. We are checking it and trying to fix it soon.
 
It's already fixed from few minutes.

We have taken a metabase backup before installing Hsphere update on Win15. We restored that backup and all domains are working fine now.
