The app pools on Win15 are stopping randomly, I am checking this now.
I have IIS back up but some code is still seeming to crash at least 2 pools it seems to be related to asp.net 2.0 and I am working to trace it down.
The issue is fully resolved now, there was one site that had some asp.net 2.0 and 1.1 mappings causing an issue in IIS.
