Win15 not Responding

I am going to head to the datacenter, one of the RAID arrays is not showing up, and it is the one with the OS data for the machine, it is a bit odd because status all shows good but it just isn't there.

the user data, is all just fine.
 
I have added a new storage array, any copying the OS data across to it now from the other, as I was able to get it viable, I could run right from it, but best solution is to move. I have it in a temporary location while working on it and since it is late night hours, plan to go ahead and move it back to the rack once done copying. I will not yet provide an ETA as the data copy isn't done.
 
And it is live again on new disk array for the OS, the user content is 100% the same nothing touched.
