Win17 abuse issue - IIS slow

Win17 is having an issue where someones code is causing 2-3 times a day for the server to use 1.5 GB of RAM on an near instant basis, this is causing errors for everyone using the same app pool, I have been trying to track this page for 3 days not but it happens very quickly and finding the page has been difficult.

This was resolved at the same time I posted, but the page that is the cause of the problem not found yet, I have put in place some meory limits that will prevent it from going so high again, but still looking to find the code at fault.
