Win17 is responding slow. We are working on it.

IIS is down hard, and we had to reboot the server.

Ping is not coming up after the reboot and not showing on the KVM either, I am rushing to the datacenter to check on this.
Server is Up and working fine from last 4 min.
I am checking the logs for more details on why it went down, and then why it took so long to come back up(if possible to see).
the reason for the slow bootup was due to chkdsk, I have so far been unable to resolve what initially caused IIS to hang, some logs are pointing to the hsphere log module, but not conclusive.
