WIN17 - network not responding

We are checking win17 its network had stopped responding, other servers on the same node working well so an odd one.

Still being checked, it is actually up but at times having 80-90% packetloss. We are trying to isolate the cause.

I took it down and checked things out, all passed there, brought it back up uninstalling and reinstalling drivers now.

Win17 is up and going now. Had to 'remove' the virtual nic, reboot, stop server, add virtual nic, and boot again. I am now adding in extra IP addresses.

I now realize after getting it fixed, this wasnt an IP conflict as I was looking for, but a MAC address conflict, the two nodes had picked the same MAC addresses for the virutal nics. DOH! Will check this in debug process in future! This would not happen in a normal deployment scenario but there were a number of imports/exports and other changes that didn't get double checked by automated systems.
