Win17 - Signups temporarily disabled.

Win17 signups have been temporarily disabled as Psoft is needing to make some changes in Hsphere system DB.

We are temporarily moving user accounts on win17 off to another server. Once we are done with this maintenance, the accounts will be back on Win17. This activity can take 2 hours.

There is a incorrect DNS record created that cant be fixed less than this.

I have to revise my stats here. This can take 3 hours more from here.
We really apologise for the problem.

Win17 is available for signups again.

The exisitng accounts have been restored back on the server as well.
