WIn17 slow - moved and resolved

We are checking win17, it is very slow, and the newly rebuilt RAID on the server shows quite a few bad sectors on a single drive already.

We are monitoring and checking, the server has a small user count now due to problems for some time, and the most attractive option as this time is likely to move every customer to other servers, because this one seems to be having problems follow it no matter what node or hardware is deployed.
 
I've decided to move it to a 2012 node where we have it on a better system that allows live migrations (of the entire VM) and moves of storage etc. There will be some downtime with this but no options, it is not working well at all. The RAID is good, should not be any issue at all, there are a handful of bad sectors showing on one of the two drives, but that should be at most some minor slow access, not excessive and even timeouts like it is now. We've moved some off here, this doesn't have as many moved off as I thought it had, so we have to do what we can to keep it up and running best possible.
