IIS was hung up and we were not able to RDP to the system at all.
We tried to get it on KVM with success by nothing worked as full CPU was being used up. There was not much we can do so gave a Reboot.
During the Startup process we got message that on the RAID one array was off line this might have cause the full CPU use. After it rebooted array was online again and now the services are all running.
