We have over 60mb/s in requests coming in to win18 right now and are working to identify and stop this.

We restarted the server and it did not come back up.
Calling to the datacenter is not working as they can not hear me, but i can hear them. i am rushing there now.

Win18 ping comes. We are checking it. Stephen is on the way to the datacenter for checking it.

I was able to get the datacenter staff on the phone on my way here and get the server powered up, during the power cycle of the reboot it did not come back up initally. I am here checking everything now. The requests to one site are still very heavy and I am looking for the cause there as well.

At this point IIS has been up and serving for 16 minutes now.
