I will be rebooting Win18 between 11:30 and 11:55 to install some software and to check the bios settings on the server, est downtime is less than 5 minutes.

I will be rebooting Win18 in about 3 minutes from now.

Powering back on, and resolved the problem that caused an extended downtime when the remote rebooter was used, and caused the power button to by physically pressed. Software installation also completed.

IIS is now up as well. Maintenance completed.
