win2 crash and CF DNS Alias

Hey guys,
Will our Cold Fusion DB DSN Aliases be automatically restored through your restoration process? Currently my sites are not working because the Aliases are missing from the CF ODBC Server. Please let me know if I will need to have to open a ticket to have this restored, or if you will be restoring them over the next few hours.

Hi greg. I am quite surprised. All DSNs were already restored from our latest backup...

Can you please submit a ticket with the URL. Also please resend us the DSN details so that we can recreate them if necessary
 
Hey Yash,
I opened a ticket and my problems have been resolved. Is there any indication as to why they weren't restored with the system restore? Also, is there any way to make the helpdesk site secure? I don't feel too good about having to use the same login info that I do for my control panel.

I am not sure why your DSNs were not restored. We directly restored coldfusion from backups taken just 20 minutes earlier, and that had included all DSNs.

Regarding the helpdesk, we are looking to SSL secure.
