Win2 IIS

There is a site with some BAD asp.net code that is never ending, and causing win2 to be slow. I am working to restore IIS speed by stopping this code now.

I have the site causing problems stopped now, trying to recycle the asp.net pool that was hung because of it now.

IIS is not back full speed ahead.
The site that caused this had 814MB of RAM and over 80% of the cpu utilized, so it was making the whole server quite slow and took time to resolve.
