Win2 is slow now, a hard drive failed

Win2 had a hard drive failure this evening, I was here to put a new hard disk into it almost as it happened.

I am watching it rebuild now at 10%, it has only been running about 15 minutes so far.

I know websites may be loading slow right now, but they are loading. The RAID rebuild is impacting performance.
