Win2 problem - no help from trouble tickets...

I have a site on win2 "theracane.net" and SSL is still not working on it. I have submitted trouble tickets... no response... I submitted a email to [email protected]... no reply... I am losing customers as we speak... Is anyone looking into this problem???

I have tried turning off and on SSL like Yash suggested in an earlier thread but this is not helping.

I am not seeing the ticket or the email to helpline, do you have a ticket ID?

I am however looking at the site on win2, and I do not see a cert installed, does it say it is properly installed in hsphere?

ticket # 25245

I have shared ssl installed, i have the 3rd level domain alias, i have a dedicated IP for this site...

I am having a problem getting the shared ssl cert installed again, it is giving some odd mismatch errors. I am continuaing to work on this for you.

Thanks. It is now just showing an "Under Construction" page from what i can see.

Can you tell me why the trouble ticket system wasn't working?

SSL is still not working for this site... this site has useless since 2AM yesterday. Any news as to why SSL isn't working on this site?

Fixed. Was a software issue with HSphere. You can now flip Shared SSL off and on and it will work

Yash, I cannot turn on SSL because it says that there is not enough money on this account balance... this site has been down since 2AM YESTERDAY. I cannot wait for another 2 days for the payment to apply so i can turn SSL back on. If SSL is not restored to this site TODAY I am taking my business elsewhere.

KCWebmonkey, I do not think it would be fair to blame us if your account has a negative balance. If its a billing error, it will be corrected. If you have just paid, your account will be credired right away

Also, I just checked your site and it is working properly and has been working properly after we recovered Win2. Shared SSL only would run at https://abcd.m****here.biz. I hope you are not using Shared SSL as https://abcd.com

well, why don't you try viewing my site at https://theracane.m****here.biz/ ...

My account was not negative when Win2 decided to go down for over 20 hours... I just got the invoice yesterday, and now my damn account is locked from making changes... This is not looking good...

Your billing cycle starts on 8th.

You have been billed for new billing period (6/8/04 - 7/8/04) *4.95

and credit of downtime is given to your account
7/8/04 3:01 AM - *.23

This leave your account in negative balance.

I logged into Hsphere, my account is showing a $0.00 balance... but i don't care about that... I will pay my bill like i do every month... I need SSL working on this site As Soon As Possible...

Will someone from Jodohost please pay attention to what i am saying??? try viewing https://theracane.m****here.biz/ and see if it works for you? obviously SSL is till messed up and NO customers can purchase anything from this site for 2 DAYS now...

We have passed this to Hsphere again. We have an emergency ticket on your shared ssl issue with them and they should be getting back very shortly

Hsphere totally changed its approach to shared SSL bringing in complexities that no one but psoft can understand.

I have restored your shared ssl.

We are sorry about the problems that have occured, this had to be sent to the developers to fix the error with the shared certificate.

I can confirm that the site is now fully operational with Shared SSL being restored. Thanks guys for your assistance with this.

well... almost fully operational... the site is now displaying a Security Alert when accessing secured pages. It did not do this before Win2 Crashed and died... See attached screenshot.

Unfortunately, you need to install the SSL certificate once again. I think the SSL cert got removed from the server and now the default *.m****here.biz cert is working on your domain.
