Win21 is seeing a huge number of php requests again, not sure its a DDOS attack like last time yet but it is making IIS quite slow.
along those lines we had a number of people request moves to the new server built to handle win21 users last time, but few confirmed their moves so we were unable to process them. We still have an open server ready to go for migrations off win21, just request and confirm!
