Win22 and WinCF - Migration updates

wincf IP migration is almost done, only server alias fix is in progress (wincf.xxx to point to new IP).
IP changes are done for most websites on win22.
Any issue being seen now, can be reported.
 
wincf IP migration is done, however, win22 is again getting delayed due to slow migration process. This is mostly an automated process, and there is not much we can do to make it any faster.
We apologize for the delay in this migration process and in bring control panel service up.
 
IP migration complete. Control panel service is available for past 30 minutes.
