ping is up, however there is still an issue preventing IIS from loading sites, it is giving service unavailable immediately. I am checking the metabase for any errors.
Only one pool is having this error now. We are working to move all sites out of this pool, it is the default pool so there may be quite a good number down, as we only move sites out of this pool a few times a week. We are working to do it as quickly as possible.
It is not a problem of the pool itself, we have moved most of the sites already, and it is also crahsing the new pool. so there is some site causing this crash to happen. We are working to trace which one, but also to get as many as possible up and isolted away from th problem.
Making good progress in isolating it down, if you have a site that is down it should be up in the next 10 minutes, but the number of sites donw at this point is quite limited in number
we have the issue now isolated down to one of 10 domains/subdomains. Since subdmoains are treated like domains in hsphere it can take a bit longer to trace this out.
We have found the cause, and stopped it. It was more than one site as the cause. It was a group of linked sites there were not legit accounts, from people that signed up on resellers having no billing accounts enabled.
