Win24 ftp not working

I was just made aware of a service we have that stopped working on 6/4/2011 at around 2am central time. The failure appears to be when an automated process accesses my ftp site, on the win24 server, stopped accepting connections. When I tried to manually connect to the site I am not asked for a login, and am only given a blank directory where I should see my files. I haven't changed anything on my side in a couple months so I do not not what is wrong. Please help!

Can you please try to connect ftp now also make sure you are using correct ftp host name.
If still getting same error then open a support ticket with mention ftp details which one you are using.
