:ranger: gave it the morning(ok almost noon, it slept in) coffee and it is working well now. (actually it had a hanging process, killed it and working much better)
it looks like we may have a situation like with win26 yesterday and a hanging IIS process, possibly something since the updates but not sure yet. as there are other servers not having any issue like this.
I am still working on this, it is going fast, then slow, fast, ongoing like this, will be working on it and watching it throughout the day until confident it is fully resolved.
