We are seeing an error on IIS and we are applying a HS Hotfix for it from Microsoft. The server will be under maintenance for next 10 - 20 min.

Will update this once we are done.
 
There will be a delay in installing this patch as Microsoft requires us to call them for the patch.

Will update once we start the patching.
 
We have the phone call done and patch in hand, working to install it now.

This is to resolve a problem that us simply using the iis manager for normal uses would make IIS reset, which is unwanted behavior.
 
the hotfix is still going, IIS is not down, but may reset several times more during installation.
 
All services are now up and running patching done successfully we shall keep a watch on it for some time now.
