We are making some changes to logging and need to stop IIS for a few minutes for the changes to be done.

This maintenance did not do as much good as hoped and going to require a larger maintenance tonight.

It turned out things did help quite a bit here, but had to do some app pool sorting. Not sure on canceling the move of win32 to another node yet, we'll play that by the numbers through the day.
