Win34 issue - resolved with standby ready.

Win34 seems to be having an issue, possibly in NIC or OS is rebooting, we are trying to debug it but being a pain so far, may have to go onsite
 
I am here on site and got no video even though the server seems to be up at the moment, seems like the motherboard is on the way out and will be an ongoing issue even if I manage to get it stable on the existing, so going for a swap now.
 
However, the server does seem to be working well locally. I may just prep another if needed and review logs.
