The Control Panel has somehow got disconnected from our Windows server, win4.jodohost.com. This means that all Win4 customers will be able to access their control panel but any changes made (such as addition of domains) would not be reflected on the server. Therefore all customers who have their accounts on win4 are requested not to use the Control Panel till further notice. You can check the server you are on by clicking on "Account Settings" from the Control Panel.
All new signups for Windows packages have also been disabled till this issue is resolved. We had upgraded our Control Panel server during the IP migration process and this seems to be the cause of this problem. We are working to resolve this ASAP.
