What happened on Win5 was that we had to do a reboot following a security update. The server didnt boot up. We decided to do a complete scan disk on the hard drive because we believed that disk issues on the hard drive was responsible and responsible for some of the bootup issues in the past
Scan disk was completed successfully and server was back up. We appologize for the unexpected downtime on Win5. Customers shouldn't see such downtime on Win5 again
