Win5 having an error reboot required

There is a very odd error that I have never had in the past about the registry coming, and I am going to reboot it in order to attempt resolution.
 
The reboot will be happening in 5-8 minutes I estimate, working to try resolution without a reboot. (Note sites ARE up and running)
 
OK the original error is also fixed now as well, so we are back in proper condition now.
