Win5 Network Problem

The network cable seemed to have lost link while no one was even around, it also did this once last night but I had been near to the cable(did not touch it), regardless last night I reseated the cable, again today the nic went offline for a few moments.
I will be replacing this cable as it seems to have some inconsistancy that is not good for a server enviroment. I will do this in the next 45 minutes and post just before, it will be less than 1 minute offline when I make this change.

I am just now getting this cable done, as when i packed up everything in the cage neatly last night, I also hid the network crimp tools and modular plugs from myself. After finding I have it complete now and will be moving the cable for win5 in the next 5 minutes.
