A networking issue caused Win5 to be knocked off the network for about 45 minutes. The issue was due to certain IP gateways being wrong configured after the network card crash on Win5 two days ago. The issue was fixed and all assignments were throughly reviewed again to ensure no further issues

We appologize for the same and are working to ensure more efficient IP management of the thousands of IPs currently utilised by our customers.

We understand that these serious of small downtime incidents on Win5 has affected our credibility as service provider. There were isolated incidents and the system is very healthy

Let me assure everyone that we are working to 100% ensure that such an issue does not repeat again

The server went down at 3:55AM when we decided to do a reboot following a problem with certain component services. The server didn't come back on the network and we worked through console and discovered a variety of networking issues that resulted in networking services not to start

We corrected these issues and all services went back online at 4:45AM
