Win5 not responding

Win5 is currently down and we cannot get into it remotely. We are not getting any remote video from the server and remote reboots have been unsuccesful in getting the server back up

Someone will be physically on the server in the next few minutes and will help us bring the server back up

Win5 server is back up. This seems to be a hardware issue and are in the process of setting up a replacement server as a precaution
