Win5 running slow?

I am not sure what the time offsets are there, but the servers got rebooted this morning, it may have been slow because of queued requests, it seems fine to me right now.

Server response times can slow down unexpectantly for any number of reasons. The most probably reason is a customer running a bad script that we'd need to track and shut down so submitting a ticket when it happens helps.
