win5 running slow

Since the new hardware updates to win5, my site is crawling. Actually, it seems to be stopping and starting. My forum is almost un useable. Is anyone else noticing a problem, is it just me? Maybge it is just the server settling down after the changes?

everything else about the server is doing much better, checking your site now, it took about 7 seconds to load.
 
So far I haven't really noticed any difference either way on Win5, but I was pretty happy with it's general performance even before the upgrade.

I'm out of town for the weekend though, so I haven't visited my websites an awful lot ;)
